Your evening begins with hummus and taftoon, followed by mazeh like harissa chicken wings, feta olive salad, and the smoky bademjoon cone. The feast continues with meygoo kabab jonoobi, Ahwazi lamb stew, yellow-spiced chicken, and saffron monkfish, all made for sharing, just as ancient hosts once welcomed nomads. To finish, the Shirin dessert selection brings sweet celebration to the table. Let’s welcome 2026 in style.
